Where Have We Been?

Whew! It's been awhile. Just thought I would update. We just spend a week at my sisters in Oklahoma. It was so beautiful there, sunny and mild. We had a wonderful week of shopping, playgrounds, walks and cousins playing. I heard William woke up after his nap on the day we left and immediately went into every room of his house looking for his cousins. They loved playing with him.
James hurt his leg while we were gone. He bravely tried to stop a 500 pound roll of carpet from falling off the truck with his leg. From his ankle to his knee is blue, red, purple, yellow and green....with a HUGE lump to top it off. It's too late to take pictures now, it just doesn't look as pretty . You'll just have to trust me, it was hideous. It is healing slowly. He is still iceing it and trying to stay off it as much as possible. Which is hard when you are working weekends too.
Patrick is enjoying homeschooling and I am blessed with the fact he is a fast learner and wonderful with math, (never my strong point). He said it is his favorite subject. Ella loves to learn all of his poems and verses with him and do some "school" of her own. We are working on writing her letters. Patrick is greatly improving on reading and so is coming along nicely in all areas.
Autumn is a joy and delight. She loves to sing and dance and is so cuddly. We are enjoying her so much. I love to see her playing with her brother and sister. They adore her too.
We are all excited for fall. The kids will start Awana, (hopefully this week). We start our Gospel classes at church, and our community groups and I am hosting a mom's group at my house this year. The kids are in gymnastics and loving playing outside in the cooler weather. So things are getting busy again, but not too busy we can't enjoy some family time.

Random Summer Pictures

Ella got a new bike for her birthday and Patrick finally got training wheels on his.
Watch out for that car!

My brother Jon and Autumn.
Patrick loved fishing at my grandparents lake.
