Last Friday night, we went to the City Museum. Even though we are native to St Louis, this is the first time any of us had been. It is a bit pricey and in the City, which we don't go to very often (except for baseball games).
This place is AMAZING! So much fun!First of all, it is in a huge, old building where the architecture is absolutely beautiful, all marble, granite and stone. Everything is interactive and climbing on everything is ENCOURAGED (which if you know Ella, was a huge plus for us). Some of the pictures didn't turn out too well because they were taken outside, VERY high up. The kids and James did everything, while Autumn and I took a more sedate course. There are tunnels, holes, slides, ladders, ball pits, airplanes, giant whales, live fish and much more. The slide they are coming down is two stories tall. They all loved it. They even got to toast marshmallows by the fire pits, supervised of course.
So, if you are stopping in St Louis, put this on your must-do list!
