Florida

The kids and I are in Florida this week with my mom. We are visiting my sister Elana and her husband Mike. The weather is hot but there have been thunderstorms everday since we came (only 3 days so far). We have already had so much fun. We have been to the beach where we were knocked over by waves, done some shopping, got pedicures, made dinner for Mike and Elana and we have so much more planned. One of the real reasons we are here is to keep Elana from being too bored. She is supposed to be a "couch potato" for the rest of her pregnancy and has been trying to stay indoors and off her feet. So when we took her to the mall, she got pushed around in a wheelchair. Today is Elana's birthday (and Shawna's, Happy Birthday Shawna!) so we have had fun going to lunch, giving her her presents and tonight some friends of theirs are coming over for a birthday party!
Meanwhile, back at home,James has been working hard with the list I gave him. He has put up a ceiling fan in our room, watering my plants,moved the computer, printer etc, into another room, and is putting up the crib in the old computer room, preparing our baby room. But I know he has been partying too, so don't feel to badly for him!
When we return next week, I will post some pictures. The kids have been so good and are really good travelers on the 12 hour car ride here (we split it into two days). That is my update!
